Trust

People here are trusted to do the job. That means being involved, taking responsibility and being relied on, not simply being directed. We keep hierarchy light and expect people to contribute directly when they can. Trust also needs to be reflected in how people are treated, which is why full maternity pay is part of how we support our team.

Work

The work matters. We take architecture seriously: the buildings, the decisions behind them and the responsibility we hold to clients. Everyone contributes to the thinking as well as the delivery. We do not separate ideas from production. If you are involved in a project, you are expected to engage properly with it and help shape the outcome.

Joy

Architecture is demanding work, but it should bring joy too. We have built a team people want to be part of. A strong gender mix, a sense of balance and a genuine ease in how people work together all contribute to a better working environment and, in turn, better design output.
