Hazel Manor is an intimate residential development situated in the coastal village of Portmarnock, Co. Dublin, that balances contemporary architectural standards with the traditional character of its surroundings.

The dwellings feature a sophisticated palette of traditional brickwork and modern render finishes, complemented by expansive bay windows designed to maximise natural light.

This project involved the design and delivery of four premium semi-detached houses. Demonstrating a sensitive approach to infill housing, ensuring that new residential units integrate seamlessly into the existing urban fabric while providing modern, high-performance homes in a well-serviced coastal location.
