A theatre stage designer was consulted to develop a colour scheme that delivers a vibrant street-food feel, with carefully coordinated finishes across floors and walls to create a cohesive, high-energy environment.

Digital ordering kiosks streamline service, while prominent flight information displays (FIDS) ensure real-time flight status is always in sight. Behind the scenes, a multi-production commercial kitchen enables six street-food concepts to operate efficiently within one space.

The result? Less anxiety and a better waiting experience, transforming airport dining into somewhere passengers actively want to be.
