Church Street
Light as the final material.
Set along Church Street in Howth, this project restores the memory of an early 20th-century cottage terrace to the street, while opening a contemporary pavilion to the panoramic landscape beyond.
Throughout the day, shifting light animates the interior, reflecting off the glass façade and extending onto the raised deck. Panoramic views take in the harbour, the village and Ireland’s Eye, the architecture framing each moment of transition.
A project grounded in context, yet oriented to the horizon and atmosphere.
A finished home that belongs to its street and the seascape.
