Blending industrial character with warm, organic textures, Bird & Signet pairs terracotta leather seating, dark timber and teal accents with bespoke 3D timber detailing and exposed brick. At its heart, a statement bar with a polished stone counter, ribbed backlit façade and layered greenery creates a warm and welcoming focal point for passengers.

Why does materiality matters? Research in environmental psychology and airport "servicescape" design suggests that warm palettes are a strategic masterstroke. Earth tones and greenery can move the passenger from a processing mindset (stress/anxiety) to a discretionary mindset (relaxation/spending).
