Keelings Food Services - Office Fitout

This project consisted of the design & construction of Keelings Head office and facilities building. Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) were to the fore in the execution. Using 3D Volumetric MMC, the office was designed in collaboration with Procon Modular.

Manufactured off site, the structure was lifted into place in 10 x 4m modules. Like all good off site MMC, it is impossible to tell the construction type. This project combines high-performance industrial design with a contemporary workplace focused on sustainability and employee wellbeing.

The buildings were manufactured and completed within a 16-week programme and was completed 3 weeks in advance of the proposed deadline.
