Keelings Food Services and Office Fit-Out at Food Central is a landmark development for Ireland’s fresh produce sector.

Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) are to the fore in the delivery of this building. Using 3D Volumetric MMC, the offices were designed with the MMC Company Procon Modular.

Manufactured off site, the offices were lifted into place in 10 x 4m modules. Like all good off site MMC, it is impossible to tell the construction type. This project combines high-performance industrial design with a contemporary workplace focused on sustainability and employee wellbeing.
